VISIT PARIS: DAY 2 (saturday)
Hi guys!!
My first day in Paris was amazing, but so tireing
We woke up at 7:30 in the morning, las if we went to school but on a Saturday, we took a shower and then, we went to have breakfast.
After breakfast, we took the underground to go to the Eiffel Tower. we crossed the Seine and we waited in a queue for 15 minutes, more or less. We went to the top of the tower, we took a lot of photos and we had fun looking for places, like Notre Dame or the Louvre Museum. We spend almost two hours in the monument, and my parents bought me a beautiful cap.
When we left the Eiffel Tower, my father bought a selfie stick that we used a lot.
We ate a crepe near the Seine and we went to the Trocadero.
In the Trocadero Gardens, we took more photos with the Eiffel Tower as background.
Then we walked till the "Arche de Triomphe", we didn't go to the top because the queue was so long and for us it's was enough with watching the roundabout where the monument is situated. We spent 15 minutes at the Arche, and then we went over to the Champs-Elysees; we entered in the Citroen and Pandora shop.
At 14:05, we arrived at la place de la concorde and then, at the Jardín des tuileries. At this time, my feet felt like they were going to explode.
We had lunch at half past two in an italian restaurant near the Musée d'Orsay. We ate pasta and, when we finished we waited in the museum's queue. The museum was amazing, I loved the architecture, because it was a train station.
We spent like one hour and then we took the underground to go to the Sacre-Coeur, there was a party at the doors of the cathedral and it was very noisy. When we entered, the atmosphere changed completely, there was a choir singing, it was awesome. The church is amazing, the lights, the architecture, all... Then, we went out again and I was very overwhelmed, because there were a lot of people and I hate those situations.
We got back to the hotel at eight o'clock, and we layed in bed after twelve hours walking through Paris.
We had dinner in a creperie near the hotel, the crepes were amazing...
Good night, kisses and hugs from Paris,
Annie M.D.
